Likewise perhaps, the plenitude of Know-It-Alls among the human species (I won't say "in the scientific community") represents a mimicry -- in this instance unconscious rather than intended -- by "the things that are made." A mimicry, to be specific, of the "eternal power" and of the "divine nature" by those who are "without excuse" as to its (His) existence (C.f. Romans 1:18-20.)
