The 2005 Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District court case was a disaster for evolution. This may seem strange given that the ruling struck down the teaching of the opposing Intelligent Design idea. Evolutionists celebrated the decision, how could it be a disaster for them? It was a disaster because, as is sometimes the case in politics and law, the cost of victory is far greater than the spoils.  Read more

Dr. Hunter, I think you may appreciate this.,,, You are very well versed in the intricacies of the "Theological' basis for the argument for Darwinism. ie. God would not have done it that way, therefore God did not do it,, type argumentation. The roots of the such thinking go very deep into human psyche as you well know,, And indeed when we face seemingly senseless pain and death in our own lives we probably face the strongest form this argument can take personally for us for denying God's involvement in our own live,,, Thus in light of that extreme crucible that such tragedies place on our faith, it makes the following testimony and song that came from this woman in the midst of such 'senseless' circumstances all the more remarkable. The gain for creationism was the great attention cases like bring. It just demands that all the tribes of creationists must do what they don't want to do. Take on the whole structure of state censorship and attack against creationism(s). Its time to think, prepare, plan, and attack with great challenges the absurd unAmerican stance of the high courts etc in saying the constitution, made by Yankee and southern Protestants, banns/prohibits/censors the teaching of God/Genesis as options for origins pf certain subjects. surely this absurdity can't pass credibility with most Americans (and sharp Canadians) and finally the sharper Judges of actual merit in the great ideas of American jurisprudence. I believe Mr Luskin has hinted at new ideas to overcome the censorship. We just need , Like mr Luskin, more and better lawyers. We are right on all accounts. To say the truth is truly illegal in American schools on these subjects is just NOT SO. We correct evolutionism by greater abilities . Well then the law is next and no more formiable. A great judicial adventure is beckoning about the great ideas of the intellectual progression of man. Uncommondescent should start stirring the waters up on this.Robert Byers
