In my experience, a lot of these atheist types have had their emotional growth stunted. I see them here on UD a lot, loudmouths who like to play bully boy. And then pat themselves on the back for being good at it, when in reality they are merely pathetic. These people are sick. Borderline sociopaths. Seriously off.

A display of emotional immaturity like that would be understandable in a sixth grader, maybe even humorous. In an adult like Tyson, however, it is retarded. This headline reminds me of a hilarious headline in the Democratic Underground blog: 'Stay classy, Sky News! Unfortunately, I can't remember the topic. It might have been the talking heads laughing at a girl having been raped. You Americans use that word, 'classy', to wonderful effect. I'm not sure we know what it means in the UK any more. Axel

Yes, and an article about it is posted on MSN. What is interesting and saddening is the response "good" Christians gave to it in comments which in my opinion is just as bad as what material atheism does to creationism and ID. To me doing such things hurt our cause far more than what deGrasse could ever say. fossil
