Here’s Ham’s group, Answers in Genesis, for details:

We have been working behind the scenes in an effort to allow all interested people, wherever they are around the globe, to view this debate live. To this end, we are pleased to announce that this debate will be available to view online and free of charge at debatelive.org. We hope that many will take advantage of this opportunity to view the debate in real time. You may watch the debate at home, or organize a gathering to show the live stream to your small group, your youth group, your entire church, or other groups.

A recording of the debate will subsequently be available for purchase on DVD and as a digital download, which will help offset the significant costs in organizing and sponsoring the debate.

If it happens. Lots of people would like to see it cancelled. For background on that, here.

Ken Ham is a skilled debater and has debated Darwinist many times on University campuses. Bill Nye acts if front of a camera. To give you a preview of how the debate will turn out, watch this clip of Bill Nye debating Marc Morano on global warming. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWT-EWKIR3M Get the popcorn!
Wow. That was embarrassing for Nye and that lame hack Morgan. All they could do was state that what Marc Morano was laying out as evidence, wasn't evidence. Their entire position was, "nuh-uh. You're a liar."TSErik

Ham should aim at a few points and forget the child abuse=creationism thing. its irrelevant and distracting. This Nye guy might be feeling the moral sting from this comment and thats why he's agreeing to a debate even though it raises again YEC profile. I speculate. Nye might try for the best points on his side, whatever they are, and Ham can put him away but it must be better then the usual yak yak. AiM well. Hit the whole concept of evidence. Are fossils evidence. Genetics etc. Nye probably will ramble on and on. If Nye stresses SCIENTISTS SAY SO then HAM must insist on evidence because the public is not persuaded and anyways few people do evolution work. If scientists say its true PROVE IT and don't just say its proven cause they say its true. Those days are over.Robert Byers

I read a comment somewhere that really hit the nail on the head about the culture of this whole debate, to paraphrase: Evolutionists were quite happy cheering on Bill Nye as he was trashing on creationists all over the world. But the second he has to back up his claims, the evolutionists get the jitters and want to pull him off the stage as fast as possible.lifepsy
