In the very first post for this blog, I noted that Mike Gene is someone you should know (go here). Mike has a new book coming out, THE DESIGN MATRIX. For a little video presentation on the book, go here. I’m eagerly awaiting its release.

Warning. The book has not been peer-reviewed. Presumably, this is because MG has no peers. Mung
Hi idnet, Mike's discussion of the scenarios proposed for the evolution of the flagellum starts here: Krauze
idnet, I'm not certain.... but this might be the link: http://www.discovery.org/scripts/viewDB/index.php?command=view&id=287 Doug
Better yet was Mike Gene addressing Clare Stevens' critique of Michael Behe's "Darwin's Black Box". Doug
chunkdz "His refutation of Miller’s cooption theory of flagellar evolution" do you have a URL for that? idnet.com.au
Gene is great. His refutation of Miller's cooption theory of flagellar evolution is the most thorough and convincing I have seen. chunkdz
Shameless plug: Mike Gene's new book will be for sale at www.theidbookstore.com when it comes out. Stu Harris www.theidbookstore.com StuartHarris
PS, the best I can tell, Mike Gene is yet another biologist that comes to ID from outside of a religious committement. bFast
Mike Gene is a good thinker. Let me suggest his idthink.net for more of his work. I must admit, he has been getting a bit putsy on telic thoughts lately, focused more on wabbits than on teleology. I think that he has been putting all that he has into his book. I can't wait to see it. bFast
Nice intro.... Evidently wabbits are becoming fierce... Angry hare attacked dogsled http://www.aftenposten.no/english/local/article1230093.ece Michaels7
