EL invites me to post comments at The Skeptical Zone:  “I will take this opportunity of inviting him over here, where he can post freely.”

Yeah, but no.  I tried to post at The Skeptical Zone once.  KN promptly trashed everything I wrote.  Fool me once . . .

Hi Barry As you know, that error was restored, and you were given posting permissions (to post an OP) at TSZ. Those permissions remain (I have just checked). We have a firm principle not deleting posts, or editing them except under exceptional and well defined circumstances, and while there is a software issue that means that we cannot easily prevent OP posters from having editing permissions over comments in their threads, there is a rule against doing so, and if it happens, any edits are promptly reinstated. I apologise for what happened with you; it violated the founding principle of TSZ, was restored, and, as far as I know, has not recurred. You may have other reasons for not wanting to post at TSZ, but be reassured that the fear that your posts will deleted need not be one of them.Elizabeth B Liddle

I was really disappointed to see tsz patrons soliciting business on the Sandwalk. They were attempting to form a union with Larry to stop posting about the UD website, it was quite pathetic.beau

joehalfgallon, It happens here. But, personally, I think the maturity level in general over there at The (so-called) "Skeptical" Zone is a lot worse than here. Otherwise I'd frequently the place more. I'm mike1962 and I approve this message.mike1962
