Andy Macintosh, a Research Professor at the University of Leeds (thermodynamics) and lecturer on creationism, has observed that atheism is increasing among Brits:
Atheism carefully shown to have no answer to Science, to Mind and Rationality, to Meaning, and to Morality. Atheism make no coherence of consciousness and the idea of the individual. Our experience shows that Truth is personal – everything points to Christ as who He says he is – the Way the Truth and the Life.
It’s interesting if atheism is increasing even as the new atheist movement is largely petering out. See “How did new atheism become the godlessness that failed?” What cooks?

Of related interest, I really liked this article that Andy Macintosh wrote a few years back and have found it to be truthful in regards to what the recent advances in quantum information theory is telling us:
Here is a recent video by Dr. Giem, that gets the main points of Dr. McIntosh’s paper over very well, in an easy to understand manner, for the lay person:
It has now been empirically demonstrated that knowledge of a particle’s location and/or position converts information into energy.
And as the following 2010 article stated about the preceding experiment, “This is a beautiful experimental demonstration that information has a thermodynamic content,”
As if that was not bad enough for the materialistic presuppositions of Darwinists, the recent experimental realizations of the ‘Maxwell’s Demon” thought experiment go even further than that. Quote-unquote, “James Clerk Maxwell (said), “The idea of dissipation of energy depends on the extent of our knowledge.”,,,
quantum information theory,,, describes the spread of information through quantum systems.,,,
Fifteen years ago, “we thought of entropy as a property of a thermodynamic system,” he said. “Now in (quantum) information theory, we wouldn’t say entropy is a property of a system, but a property of an observer who describes a system.”,,,
To repeat, “Now in (quantum) information theory, we wouldn’t say entropy is a property of a system, but a property of an observer who describes a system.”,,,
This experimental realization of the Maxwell Demon thought experiment is simply shattering to the reductive materialistic presuppositions of Darwinists and is VERY comforting to those who hold that life must have a Intelligent Designer:
