Okay, we are looking at the victory lap being taken (a bit prematurely, methinks) by the BLM trio of marxist founders. Here is BEEB:

Black Lives Matter founders: We fought to change history and we won

Published14 hours ago

The year 2020 will be remembered for a lot of things – not least the rise of the Black Lives Matter movement around the world.

The organisation has led huge street rallies and high-profile campaigns against racism and police brutality.

Now the three women who founded the movement have told the BBC they believe it has transformed politics.

“Black people alongside our allies stood up to change the course of history and we won,” said Alicia Garza.

Garza and her BLM co-founders, Patrisse Cullors and Opal Tometi, spoke as part of the BBC 100 Women Masterclass 2020, a digital live event of masterclasses, big interviews and guests on 30 November.

If you doubted that this is a Marxism-driven, colour-culture revolution push using Critical Race Theory as key ideological wedge, there you have it from the horses’ mouths.

In short, 4th Gen War:

. . . based on colour/cultural revolution insurgency, including dirty form McFaul programme election manipulation:

Okie, Dec 17, I clip from 1333 below, a focal point:

Just remember, given the realities of 4th gen war, there is now no hard border — no specific, momentous declaratory threshold — between

a: information and influence operations [including, too often “education”];

b: politics, law and power balances stratagems, and

c: full bore high kinetics war.

The intent of all three in ruthless hands, subjugation under a new lawless oligarchy, demands that we understand that tri-polar spectrum, and that we determine to stand for a civilisation of truth, right, honour and liberty in the face of its most insidious, treacherous enemies.

H’mm, Dec 15, let’s add in the Overton Window (with hints of Plato’s Parable of the Cave), to help us understand political/policy thinking in light of BATNA points:

Where, we need to ponder the change challenge:

. . . and the Mountains/pillars of influence mapping model:

Where are we drifting to, why and how?

Now, let us continue the already in progress [for four weeks!] live event . . . from here.

First U/D, the Arizona hearing when I can get it up.

Meanwhile, ponder just what is being said now, and what it implies beyond how they would wish it spun, given their admitted Marxism. BREAKING, CONTINUING (AFTER FOUR WEEKS) . . .

U/D1: Arizona hearings:

U/D2: Ms Powell with Mr Dobbs on state of play, a case in VA on the table. Also, even as a restraining order was being debated in a see-saw back-forth, in Fulton County, a Server was taken by a technician on excuse of software update and has disappeared from chain of custody. From CA, a tape has been forwarded to Ms Powell and reveals 550 votes from 270 people, an indication of algorithmic manipulation:

Ms Powell, the entire FBI and Dept of Justice need to be hosed out with Chlorox and firehoses.

U/D2, Dec 2, hearings in MI:

U/D3, Dec 2: HT BA77, we now have chain of custody on ballots going into PA by the trailer-load. The ballots seen coming in at wee hours were in similar containers:

U/D4, Dec 2: Spykman’s framework of heartland, rimland and the outer crescent of maritime Islands and continents:

This is the framework for geostrategic analysis. Desperately compressed, c 1904 Mackinder identified that rail, telegraph, telephone etc allowed mobilisation of continental resources in the heart of the Eurasian landmass that would counterweight the maritime powers, i.e. Britain with the US coming up behind. C20 can be viewed as the history of two German grabs and one Russian one, failed. Rimlands are a belt between, coast and near hinterlands. The outer arc is where maritime power and sea trade dominate. Thus, the chief maritime power guarantees global stability.

I have argued as follows c April 2016, the current US 4th gen civil war with global entanglement is a playing out of this picture. Notice the Iranian push, vulture no. 3. No Ko is a wannabe:

U/D5, Dec 2, Ordinary people have their say (and often get smeared by the media dominant narrative — a comment):

Hannity shows ordinary witnesses.Twitter so no YT link.

U/D6, Dec 4: Here is the Oct 2016 video of independent body blackbox voting dot org:

Note, from commented screen captures:

U/D7, Mr Giuliani requests disciplinary action for defamation violation of parliamentary privilege, regarding dismissal of evidence and attacking his professional integrity:

In the course of this he corrects widespread talking points: 3 cases brought not the 39 being talked about. 2,000 affidavits under penalty of law, and we know now of the video of four suitcases of ballots counted after scrutineers were dismissed, being told that counting was over for the night, in GA.

The member signalling intent to dox and harass a witness by demanding even her maiden name should take due note.

U/D8, Dec 5: Smoking gun? (Video here.) The midnight, unsupervised ballot counting in GA — though strictly, the count from its outset with scrutineers corralled, was invalid:

U/D9, Dec 7, concerns that Dominion machines have flipped votes and on a test run a sequestered machine has continued to do so:

Cf. Expert testimony:

https://youtu.be/ijtaV5Twf6o

Cybersecurity expert, Russell Ramsland is speaking under the umbrella of his affidavit.

U/D, Dec 10, Lou Dobbs on the “Russian intelligence”/ “conspiracy theory” dismissive talking points on Mr Hunter Biden (with implications that his chief asset on offer was access) and Ms Powell’s unleashing of the Kracken:

https://youtu.be/IQjjjrR9QUY

[PREDICTABLY, CENSORED]

U/D11, Dec 11: Here is a framework for addressing media spin and gaslighting, agit-prop etc:

As it is such a glaring example on what was said in the “fine people” remarks, and as Sandy brought it up, let me add this correction from the record . . . yes, transcript, on Charlottesville:

U/D13, Dec 12, here is a backgrounder on Alcibiades which also gives a useful survey of the Peloponnesian war. One hopes, this will not be censored:

U/D14, Dec 12 HT BA77, Dominion demonstrations, part 1:

. . . and part 2:

5:04 on in this part 2 shows scanning in then voting a BLANK ballot, which the operator says “totally bothers me.”

She demonstrates also how adjudicated ballots can be voted.

We separately know that the scanner can mark ballots, sold as a feature for the visually impaired.

In short there is now no responsible doubt that the sort of manipulation discussed is a real capability — means. Frustration of scrutineering creates opportunity and decisively undermines integrity of the election vote counts. Motive is easy, power in the midst of a 4th Gen Civil war, in the form of a colour-culture revolution push, theme colour black. The testimony of many witnesses, statistical red flags etc point to actual occurrence, but recall, this is secondary. The primary issue is massive injection of effectively uncontrolled mail in ballots with 3rd party ballot harvesting and similar frustration of scrutineering implying dubious chain of custody.

All of this then points to the 26 years of history going back to the PA case of 1994 and through the exposure of election gadgetry since the early 2000’s, then rejections by CA and TX as well as links to Venezuela and more.

I strongly suggest, download the videos for yourself before they vanish into the censorship black hole.

U/D15: Hima’s testimony, something needs to be fixed here:

U/D16, Dec 13: I think it is profitable to look at a backgrounder on Mountains/pillars of influence, dominant worldviews and agendas, the change challenge and the crooked yardstick effect. First, the seven mountains, a mapping model for dealing with a corrupt culture as a remnant of soundness under God (originally, Schaeffer et al, 1970’s):

Linked, the Machiavelli change-timing challenge:

Underlying problem: crooked yardsticks vs plumb-lines:

Deeper background, a sounder view on political spectrum:

Further deeper understanding of an en-darkened civilisation, adapting Schaeffer’s vision:

Our civilisation is at obvious kairos, a hinge of history, with major dangers and opportunities. It is time to be good people of the remnant in the face of an Ac 27 storm.

U/D19, Dec 19: a summary of red flags from the Navarro Report, so we can see in the context of being an evidence summary:

U/D20: The “Solar Winds” Cyber attack, apparently in progress for 6 months, with direct entanglement with the tainted election (cf. 17:00 on):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=869&v=3T9VDichLPM&feature=youtu.be

[predictably, poof!]

China is named, along with Iran and North Korea. As well as, of course, Russia having been widely deemed suspect no. 1. This is an obvious example of an information-influence operation as act of 4G war, connecting the local civil conflict in the US to the global conflict, de facto WW4. Forbes comments:

The recently discovered cyber attacks against numerous U.S. government departments and  thousands of public and private sector entities around the world, via a compromise of SolarWinds software, underscore the risks associated with third party vendors and raise questions about liability. The attacks were allegedly perpetrated by Russia and were highly sophisticated . . . .

The attackers compromised the software “signature” of SolarWinds’s Orion network monitoring software and distributed malware as a software update. Public and private encryption keys are used to “sign” software. A software update is “signed” using an encryption algorithm and the developer’s private key, which creates a hash “signature.”  This “signature” is validated by the receiver of the software update by using the sender’s public key. The signature process assures the integrity of the update and instills trust in users of the software.

In a December 14 SEC filing, SolarWinds said that of its more than 300,000 customers, they believed that less than 18,000 entities may have downloaded the Orion update during the March-June 2020 timeframe [–> the 6 months timeline], which likely included the malware. The malware operated stealthily and exfiltrated valuable intellectual property, confidential and proprietary data, emails, and other valuable information from victims’ systems. It was unknown until prominent cybersecurity firm FireEye, also a victim of the attacks, discovered the malware and reported on the attacks on December 13, 2020.

According to FireEye, once installed in a system, the malware remained quiet for a couple of weeks and then masqueraded as the Orion Improvement Program protocol. It stored data from its internal activities within actual SolarWinds files on the system, thereby making its detection all the more difficult.  The malware had highly credentialed access to the system and could disable system services, reboot machines, exfiltrate data, execute files, change system configurations, and perform actions usually taken by a highly privileged system administrator.

That sounds rather familiar, and illustrates what happens if a trusted supplier is compromised. Gen Flynn’s remarks at 16:05 on are worth transcribing:

When we talk about our election security . . . I think this is all part of it, because there is a relationship between this solar winds attack; which has basically penetrated our entire critical infrastructure as well as our election security. So we have to look at everything we’re doing . . . okay with all of the egregious behaviour that we’ve seen on our election security we cannot stand for foreign influence, which we have direct evidence of foreign influence. We also have direct evidence now from other countries, from other foreign partners who have evidence.

In fact they were watching the attacks on our election system, on our election process on the 3rd of November and they are willing to provide that directly to the President.

So we now have that evidence and have received that today. It’s very important.

So there are foreign partners and allies that are willing to help us with our election security and this Solar Winds system is really really dangerous and more has to be done.

The likely allies obviously include Israel, likely Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and possibly Australia given the focus on China.

Again, we are back to whose report do you believe, why.

U/D21, Dec 23: It was not possible to find the 1984 Movie through a Google search (yes, they are that unconscious of the irony) but DDG showed it, here is a colour version at YT, this may be pretty important holiday viewing:

If that gets purged, here is Web Archive.

U/D22, Dec 28: Understand the anger of the perpetually manipulated:

One does not have to endorse the above across the board to see that it has a telling point or two about the “Uniparty” and the issue of fundamentally unaccountable elites, leading a manipulated march of folly. Here, the lesson of Ac 27 is again all too relevant.

U/D23: A Canadian Lawyer and an American Lawyer discuss — as an example — the dismissal of the Wisconsin care; an example of how the election fraud concerns are being sidelined:

U/D24, Jan 3, what the Ukrainians have to say about corruption and investigation, through an Interfax press conference. Such needs to be soberly addressed in detail:

Well Bob, I guess I have a far bigger problem with your lying about the election, i.e. your continual 'nothing to see here' mantra, than I do with your personal opinions about our election. It is more of a moral objection to you than anything else. (But seeing as your evolutionary worldview can't even ground objective morality in the first place, I can see how you would not be too upset with your own lying about the election being stolen).
Premise 1: If God does not exist, then objective moral values and duties do not exist. Premise 2: Objective moral values and duties do exist. Conclusion: Therefore, God exists. The Moral Argument – drcraigvideos - video https://youtu.be/OxiAikEk2vU?t=276
Again, the Ruby Freemen video is unambiguous in showing that rampant voter fraud was taking place, and for you to try to deny the validity of this overt, in your face, voter fraud that was taking place is simply an insult to our intelligence and moral sensibilities. Yet you, apparently oblivious to this, continue to act like there is 'nothing to see here'. You are not an idiot and therefore have no valid excuse for this. Save for your intentional trying to deceive and mislead people about the rampant voter fraud that took place. i.e. You must have a 'malicious intent' rather than a good intent! And although you are apparently blind to your own repeated moral failings in this matter, I hope you can, at least, see why I, as an American military veteran, would be very displeased with any foreigner lying about the fact that our election was stolen. Military members, and Veterans, tend to get very upset about such things.bornagain77

Thanks KF. Georgia - A Close Look at the Data and Events of the General Election - Chapter 1 - video - published Dec. 24, 2020 https://rumble.com/vc5nk7-georgia-a-close-look-at-the... There is so much that went wrong in the Presidential Election, in Georgia, that we have to make more than 1 video. Chapter 1 takes a look at the data and the handling of the votes. Yes, It Was a Stolen Election You’d have to be blind not to see it. - Dec 23, 2020 ,,,, What Happened in Georgia In Georgia, illegal ballots were cast by, or in the name of: more than 2,500 felons; 66,247 underage voters; 2,423 unregistered voters; 4,926 individuals who had failed to register prior to the state’s voter-registration deadline; 395 individuals who voted in two states; 20,311 voters who had moved out of state and thus were no longer eligible to vote in Georgia; 40,279 people who had moved across county lines in Georgia without re-registering in their new county of residence; 30,000 to 40,000 people whose absentee ballots lacked a valid, verifiable signature; and at least 1,043 individuals whose voter registrations claimed postal facilities as their home address and disguised their box numbers as “apartment” numbers.[29] Almost all of the people in this latter category were absentee voters who cast their ballots early.[30] Nine individuals at various recount sites in Georgia issued sworn affidavits stating that they had seen large numbers of uncreased mail-in ballots – meaning that the ballots had not been folded and mailed in an envelope as required by law -- almost all cast for Biden. As longtime poll manager Susan Voyles wrote in her affidavit: “It was pristine. There was a difference in the texture of the paper … There were no markings on the ballots to show where they had come from, or where they had been processed. I observed that the markings for the candidates on these ballots were unusually uniform, perhaps even with a ballot marking device. By my estimate in observing these ballots, approximately 98% constituted votes for Joseph Biden.”[31] At least 96,600 absentee ballots in Georgia were requested and counted but were never recorded as having been returned by the voter to county election boards.[32] In a major Fulton County, Georgia polling place, surveillance cameras captured perhaps the most graphic video evidence of election fraud ever recorded. At about 10:30 PM on Election Night, poll workers and election observers were told that because of a water-main break inside the building, they were to go home for the night and not return until 8:30 the following morning, at which time all vote-counting – which was purportedly being suspended for the overnight hours -- would resume. By approximately 10:50 pm, everyone had left the facility except four Democrat poll workers who stayed behind. As soon as everyone else had gone home, these four individuals promptly pulled four large, wheeled cases out from under a long table whose floor-length black tablecloth had theretofore concealed them. The cases were filled with approximately 6,000 ballots apiece, and the four remaining poll workers proceeded to count them until about 1:00 a.m. – with no Republican observers on hand. Moreover, it was later confirmed that there had not been any water-main break in the building; that was a phony excuse designed to create a pretext for removing non-Democrat poll workers.[33] A vote update in Georgia at 1:34 AM on November 4 added 136,155 votes for Biden and 29,115 votes for Trump.[34] According to Real Clear Investigations journalist Paul Sperry: “In the early hours of Nov. 5, a surge of some 20,000 mail-in votes suddenly appeared for Joe Biden, while approximately 1,000 votes for President Trump mysteriously disappeared from his own totals in the critical swing state [of Georgia].”[35] Data expert Edward Solomon analyzed the 2020 election results in Georgia and found that approximately 200,000 votes had been transferred from Trump to Biden at the precinct level.[36],,,, https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2020/12/yes-it-was-stolen-election-john-perazzo/bornagain77

PS: I here clip Carter-Baker on Absentee, mail-in balloting which . . . BEFORE safeguards were broken down . . . was long since highlighted as a key source of fraud:
5.2 ABSENTEE BALLOT AND VOTER REGISTRATION FRAUD Fraud occurs in several ways. Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.“ A notorious recent case of absentee ballot fraud was Miami’s mayoral election of 1998, and in that case, the judge declared the election fraudulent and called for a new election. Absentee balloting is vulnerable to abuse in several ways: Blank ballots mailed to the wrong address or to large residential buildings might get intercepted. Citizens who vote at home, at nursing homes, at the workplace, or in church are more susceptible to pressure, overt and subtle, or to intimidation. Vote buying schemes are far more difficult to detect when citizens vote by mail. States therefore should reduce the risks of fraud and abuse in absentee voting by prohibiting “third-party” organizations, candidates, and political party activists from handling absentee ballots. States also should make sure that absentee ballots received by election officials before Election Day are kept secure until they are opened and counted. [p. 46]
I again note, clipping 1300 above [in turn coming from the previous archival thread on this live event] from the Tefft report on Ukraine read into the Congressional record just one year before the Carter-Baker report:
https://2001-2009.state.gov/p/eur/rls/rm/39542.htm : Illegal Use of Absentee Ballots: According to the respected NGO “Committee of Voters of Ukraine” (CVU), massive electoral fraud was committed through the illegal use of absentee voter certificates. For example, people were caught in Dnipropetrovsk and Sumy oblasts with their pockets stuffed with blank absentee ballots that they were using to vote at multiple polling stations. Opposition Observers Ejected: Observers from Our Ukraine and other opposition groups were expelled from most polling stations in eastern Ukraine on Election Day. For example, in Territorial Election Commission (TEC) district number 42 in Donetsk oblast, Our Ukraine observers were kicked out of all but a few polling stations. North Korean-Style Turnout in the East: Turnout in the pro-Yanukovych eastern oblasts was unnaturally high. In several electoral districts, turnout for the run-off round increased by 30 to 40 percent over the first round. In Luhansk oblast, the reported turnout rate hit nearly 96 percent — a number that, to quote the OSCE, even Stalinist North Korea would envy. A similar turnout rate was reported in Donetsk oblast, where 98 percent of the votes went to hometown candidate Prime Minister Yanukovych. Mobile Ballot Box Fraud: In the second round of the election, the number of voters who supposedly cast ballots at home using mobile ballot boxes was double that of the first round. Much of this voting occurred without observers being present and was massively fraudulent. In Mykolayiv oblast, for example, nearly 35 percent of the oblast’s voters purportedly cast their ballots “at home.” Computer Data Allegedly Altered To Favor Yanukovych: There were credible reports showing that that Yanukovych supporters gained illegal access to the Central Election Commission’s computer system and illegally altered vote tabulation data being transmitted by TECs to the CEC. Reports of Opposition Fraud: Yanykovych’s supporters allege that Yushchenko’s supporters stuffed ballot boxes in western Ukraine. But the reports and evidence of pro-Yanukovych fraud greatly outweighed those indicated for Yushchenko. Of course, exit polling etc were used as a reference: This massive ballot-box stuffing, fake turnout figures, and other forms of fraud and abuse allowed the authorities to create a victory for their candidate that almost certainly would not have been possible in a free and fair election. The final figures announced by the Central Election Commission (CEC) gave Prime Minister Yanukovych with 49.46 percent of the vote over opposition candidate Yushchenko with 46.61 percent. It is impossible to know what the real numbers were, but a large-scale (20,000 respondents), nation-wide anonymous exit poll conducted by a consortium of three highly respected research organizations (partially funded by the United States Government) projected Yushchenko the winner with 53 percent versus 44 percent for Yanukovych. Other exit polls and parallel vote counts indicated a Yushchenko victory, although by lesser amounts. Such polling now stands discredited through repeated inaccuracies, sometimes gross. Further to this, we must face the pattern of street tactics, sing off the same hymn sheet media, rash of red flags and more. Of particular significance we can find striking parallels to the course of events in Egypt during that phase of the Arab Spring (which also raises the issue of external interference and linked issues over social media networks, manipulation and censorship), raising the question of the feasibility of coup by street level action joined to election manipulation once there is an atmosphere of crisis that leads to a tendency to surrender normal safeguards.
There was also the noted earlier 1994 case in Pennsylvania, where a judge reversed the apparent election outcome, further reversing control of the PA legislature, something featured in the NYT front page just below the fold:
Blast from the past, NYT Feb 19, 1994: https://www.nytimes.com/1994/02/19/us/vote-fraud-ruling-shifts-pennsylvania-senate.html?smid=tw-share Saying Philadelphia’s election system had collapsed under “a massive scheme” by Democrats to steal a State Senate election in November, a Federal judge today took the rare step of invalidating the vote and ordered the seat filled by the Republican candidate. In making such a sweeping move, the judge, Clarence C. Newcomer of Federal District Court here, did for the Republicans what the election had not: enable them to regain control of the State Senate, which they lost two years ago. Judge Newcomer ruled that the Democratic campaign of William G. Stinson had stolen the election from Bruce S. Marks in North Philadelphia’s Second Senatorial District through an elaborate fraud in which hundreds of residents were encouraged to vote by absentee ballot even though they had no legal reason — like a physical disability or a scheduled trip outside the city — to do so. In many instances, according to Republicans who testified during a four-day civil trial last week, Democratic campaign workers forged absentee ballots. On many of the ballots, they used the names of people who were living in Puerto Rico or serving time in prison, and in one case, the voter had been dead for some time. “Substantial evidence was presented establishing massive absentee ballot fraud, deception, intimidation, harassment and forgery,” Judge Newcomer wrote in a decision made public today. The district, which includes white, black and Hispanic neighborhoods, is overwhelmingly Democratic by registration. Nonetheless, campaign workers testified that widespread voter apathy had prompted them to promote a “new way to vote” to insure a victory. Door to Door for Votes . . . . “This is extraordinary relief,” Judge Newcomer wrote. “However, it is appropriate because extraordinary conduct by the Stinson campaign and the board tainted the entirety of the absentee ballots.” . . . . The judge decided to hear the case after state election officials and state courts rejected the Republicans’ claims. The Republicans have an appeal pending before the state’s highest court. They went to Federal court on the ground that there were violations of the Voting Rights Act and Civil Rights Act . . .
In short, there was a major blue ribbon panel study 15 years ago, with pretty direct warnings, ignored. In turn, one year before there was a stolen election in the world's headlines brought to official notice of the US Congress. Ten years before that, in Philadelphia, there was a significant case in the US, reported as NYT front page news. There is no responsible doubt that those who pushed through the effectively uncontrolled mail-in ballots knew exactly what they were doing, but counted on allies in the establishment and media to push through a dirty McFaul colour revolution push. One, that takes on the deeper significance of Marxism-driven, Critical theory based culture revolution through the red guards rioting and targetting civilisational symbols -- we are a symbol-using species -- while being protected by local officials. It is time to soberly face rather than dismiss evidence in favour of 1984 style agit prop narrative. KFkairosfocus

M8, you may be well advised to observe the just above caution. I note on points: >>Biden is the democratically elected President Elect.>> - As there is a significant election dispute, comparable to that of 1876, it is still premature to call him president elect. - Given massive evidence of electoral fraud, which is being denied, dismissed and censored but is definitely there nonetheless, the precise point at issue is whether he was in fact legitimately elected. - further to this, we can note the failed moral duty challenge, as has been pointedf out ever so many times without cogent substantial reply, indicating wrongful intent. Where, as was cited earlier today at 1583, we may contrast the counsels in the Carter-Baker Report of 2005 with what an army of lawyers and activists were sent out to push through in the states for many months leading up to the election . . . operational demonstration of knowing wrongful action:

Especially, where the contrast between sound recommendations: [1] increase voter ID requirements; [2] minimize the use of mail-in ballots, which “remain the largest source of potential voter fraud”; [3] disallow ballot harvesting by third parties; [4] purge voter rolls of all ineligible or fraudulent names; [5] allow election observers to monitor ballot-counting processes without restraint or obstruction; [6] ensure that voting machines are accurate in their tabulations; and [7] encourage news organizations to “delay the release of any exit-poll data until the election has been decided.” . . . and lawfare backed demands that issued in the Constitutional violations the same SCOTUS that in 1973 did not hesitate to set in motion holocaust of 63 million of living posterity in the womb, dodged on convenient technicalities that evaded the manifest issue that sound elections in every state are a direct and legitimate concern of each state: (a) extend the statutory deadlines by which mail-in ballots could be submitted, postmarked, or received by election authorities; (b) permit people to vote earlier than ever before, in some cases as many as 50 days prior to Election Day; (c) eliminate signature, signature-verification, and witness requirements for mail-in ballots; (d) void state laws that disallowed ballot harvesting by third parties; (e) terminate photo-ID requirements for in-person voting; (f) introduce provisions that would allow for the “curing” of mail-in ballots that contained errors or omissions; and (g) require state election officials to send unsolicited mail-in ballots to every person listed as a registered voter, even though such lists have long been notoriously inaccurate.
- such substance shows that the battlespace was being prepared long in advance so it is unsurprising to see evidence that such was then carried forward using primarily said uncontrolled mail in ballots, ballot harvesting and frustration of proper scrutineering. - it is noteworthy that in your sneering dismissiveness you have repeatedly, signally failed to address substantially the evidence shown. >>Yours and others prognostications here are truly utterly futile, and amazingly childish.>> - projection and accusation while failing to address evidence on the table. - the mirror principle applies as exposing the implicit confession of cognitive dissonance. That is, we have a right and scientific grounds to infer to your own inner disquiet projected to the despised other. >>This is not slander or abuse, merely observation.>> - it is slanderous belittling on no good warrant, it is anything but actual observation. F/N: It seems, we may now be taking the ugly turn, in which sweeping dismissal and locking out of courts of manifest evidence of wrongdoing in the election sets the stage for now targetting those who do not buy into the preferred narrative. Here, open season may be being declared on the attorneys (so also, logically, the whistleblowers etc) who have brought forward evidence. [See further, here on as another repository.] Such an escalation is not unexpected, but it raises again the warning that it is one thing to try to take a ride on a tiger; it is a wholly different proposition to get off its back again without at the least a severe mauling. Those beginning to go down the line of attacking those who reject the narrative, would do well to reconsider where such a path leads. KFkairosfocus

Bob, what is laughable is that you, a non-American who has no business with this election anyway, think that they can break our constitutional law that says the state legislature must make changes to election law, not the courts,, and therefore 'curing' of ballots after Election Day was illegal,,, the state of Georgia arbitrarily changed state law on signature verification of absentee ballots via a March 2020 judicial consent decree with Georgia Democrats — without ever going to the state legislature. It changed the statutory requirement that the signature must match the signature on the voter registration card to simply matching the signature on the absentee ballot application. https://lidblog.com/georgias-hand-recounts-incomplete/ https://www.thethinkingconservative.com/illegal-curing-of-absentee-ballots-did-take-place-in-georgia/ also of note,, the rejection rate of ballots was far lower than it should have been,, suggesting that a high number of ballots were accepted than should not have been. It does when you are auditing the machines to count the ballots. That will not, of course, audit the while process but it does answer teh question of whether the counting machines work.Bob O'H

kf - thanks for that. How much of it is already done, though.
The extension to a non-financial situation should be fairly obvious, investigation by qualified expert professionals external to an entity ... Emphasis, falling on paper and electronic records including logs, to document system integrity or otherwise.
The paper records would be the actual votes, wouldn't they? So they are already checked. My impression is that the approach in the US is not to use an external expert to do these checks, but to allow all sides to observe, and possibly partake, in any audits and checks.
For sure, an internal recount of physical ballots in a context where the gadgetry is known to be able to generate ballots, does not count.
How many votes were cast in this way? My impression was that they were mostly done by the voter marking the ballot paper.
Signature cross checks on the known vulnerable point of mail-in ballots would be a no-brainer in this context (currently being slow-walked in GA . . . itself a red flag).
There are, of course, checks during the counting, so there is real-time auditing (with representatives from both campaigns present and able to raise objections) and one county did an audit later, and found little difference.
Such would also include examination of the equipment and procedures, against reasonable standards such as the Carter-Baker report already linked.
Right and that is certainly done, both before and after the election. Do you actually have details of what audits are already carried out, and hence can point out their deficiencies?Bob O'H

BO'H: I'll bite. Strict definition: https://www.wallstreetmojo.com/forensic-audit/
Forensic Audit Meaning Forensic Audit is a structured examination of the financial [--> so too other] records of a business entity in an investigative manner [--> under the shadow of civil or criminal action] in order to find out the evidence [--> forensic, cf. Greenleaf's principles] that can be used for legal proceedings in court. [--> further record of testimony is implicated, and affidavits under oath would be relevant] It is one step ahead of an internal audit and the person who conducts such audit should have knowledge of the law & legal framework along with expert knowledge of accounting & auditing. Reasons for Conducting Forensic Audit Forensic Audit Reasons #1 – Conflict of Interest When an employee misuses his position for personal [--> or ideological in this case] gains at the cost of company loss in such a case, a forensic audit comes into the picture. E.g., Manager approving the excess/unwanted expenses of an employee with whom he has personal relations. In this case, the manager will financially not benefited from this activity, but on personal, he will get some leverage over his employee. #2 – Bribe In an organization offering money or giving some expensive gifts for getting the things done or making the situation in his favor is a bribe. [--> dirty political access and linked plums count] E.g., the Head of Purchase department approves purchase from that vendor who will supply the material at a higher cost or cost less than comparing to other vendors. Still, the quality of the product is not good, and he is getting some personal compensation from that vendor. #3 – Misappropriation of Assets It is the most common and most prevalent type of fraud. These employees are misusing the assets of the company for their benefit. [--> the electoral system belongs to the people, hijacking it for ideological interest counts]
The extension to a non-financial situation should be fairly obvious, investigation by qualified expert professionals external to an entity towards developing Court-valid evidence in a context where financial misconduct and/or other forms of corrupt behaviour are suspected. Emphasis, falling on paper and electronic records including logs, to document system integrity or otherwise. Where, responsible parties are to be identified on substantial evidence toward court action. For sure, an internal recount of physical ballots in a context where the gadgetry is known to be able to generate ballots, does not count. Signature cross checks on the known vulnerable point of mail-in ballots would be a no-brainer in this context (currently being slow-walked in GA . . . itself a red flag). Such would also include examination of the equipment and procedures, against reasonable standards such as the Carter-Baker report already linked. I would also do a benchmark against how a bank handles cash and accounts as a commonplace point of reference. It is known that the systems for election would fail that, and the issue then is to reconstruct the chain of responsibility behind the policy. RICO would be hovering in the background: https://www.britannica.com/topic/Racketeer-Influenced-and-Corrupt-Organizations-Act
Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act United States [1970] WRITTEN BY Stephen Schneider Associate Professor, Department of Sociology and Criminology, Saint Mary's University, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Author of Iced: The Story of Organized Crime in Canada. His contributions to SAGE Publications's... See Article History Alternative Title: RICO Act Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), U.S. federal statute targeting organized crime and white-collar crime. Since being enacted in 1970, it has been used extensively and successfully to prosecute thousands of individuals and organizations in the United States. Part of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) makes it unlawful to acquire, operate, or receive income from an enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity. Geared toward ongoing organized criminal activities, the underlying tenet of RICO is to prove and prohibit a pattern of crimes conducted through an “enterprise,” which the statute defines as “any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity.” Under RICO, it is a crime for an individual to belong to an “enterprise” that is involved in a pattern of racketeering, even if the racketeering was committed by other members. Specifically, Section 1962 of RICO prohibits “any person” from: (a) using income received from a pattern of racketeering activity or from the collection of an unlawful debt to acquire an interest in an enterprise affecting interstate commerce; (b) acquiring or maintaining through a pattern of racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt an interest in an enterprise affecting interstate commerce; (c) conducting or participating in the conduct of the affairs of an enterprise affecting interstate commerce through a pattern of racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt; or (d) conspiring to participate in any of these activities.
If State Govts or even just Election agencies fall under RICO, the leverage to start with footsoldiers and proceed up to the top step by step is there: once racketeering of elections is established, the linked organisations are subject to the premise that simple membership is enough. As for political parties getting caught in the net, that's a feature, not a bug at this point. Yes, even if they have to build new prisons to hold how many have to go to gaol over this one. Serious reforms are needed. KFkairosfocus

H'mm: What will replace "journalism"? Actually the tense is wrong, journalism is now clearly dead and overdue for burial lest it taint the civilisation. In part we have -- yes, present, continuing state (but not ultimately sustainable) -- bought and paid for publicists and outright propagandists of various stripes, seeking to dominate the narrative, even as they rapidly burn up whatever prestige their brands once had. This, up to and including the BEEB. (And, sniffing hired guns for lawfare, this is under the doctrine of fair, responsible comment. Please don't invite me to tell my story of a specific case.) A year from now, any educated, informed person will hold such brands and their offerings as little more than paid advertising and infomercials with incorrect labels as "news." Credibility, dead. What will people begin to believe instead? Sadly, in too many cases, whoever tickles itching ears with what they want to hear. (Thus, the warnings in Plato's Ship of State parable.) In others, we are going to see alternative, likely volunteer and/or less well funded provisions. Opinion sites, information aggregators, headline and link providers as social media, e.g. Parler. there will be a lot of independent video producers, and they will be hosted where they can find a home. Many are going to write and self-publish, paper and electronic. Independent education initiatives will arise, and will be able to certify on performance. As for search, Google is dead. Wikipedia, will be there but will have no credibility in any respectable company, worse than today. Amazon will likely be the last man standing, but it is going to have to make sure its reviews are not tainted. As of now, a 4+ rating seems good, in general. KFkairosfocus

FOCAL ISSUE, from Pezarro:
Fifteen years ago, a landmark report by the bipartisan Commission on Federal Election Reform, known informally as the Carter-Baker Commission, advised all U.S. states that in order to guarantee free and fair elections, they should:
[1] increase voter ID requirements; [2] minimize the use of mail-in ballots, which “remain the largest source of potential voter fraud”; [3] disallow ballot harvesting by third parties; [4] purge voter rolls of all ineligible or fraudulent names; [5] allow election observers to monitor ballot-counting processes without restraint or obstruction; [6] ensure that voting machines are accurate in their tabulations; and [7] encourage news organizations to “delay the release of any exit-poll data until the election has been decided.”
All of these recommendations were widely ignored in the elections of November 2020.[5] During the months leading up to this year’s presidential race, the Biden campaign assembled a team of some 600 lawyers and more than 10,000 volunteers to “[go] into every single state” in order to “call out local rules that don’t adequately ensure access to vote.”[6] Beginning more than a year ago, Democrats filed nearly 300 lawsuits in dozens of states[7] – most notably all of the key battleground states – in an effort to change election laws and regulations in ways that would benefit Democrat candidates. For example, they sought to:
(a) extend the statutory deadlines by which mail-in ballots could be submitted, postmarked, or received by election authorities; (b) permit people to vote earlier than ever before, in some cases as many as 50 days prior to Election Day; (c) eliminate signature, signature-verification, and witness requirements for mail-in ballots; (d) void state laws that disallowed ballot harvesting by third parties; (e) terminate photo-ID requirements for in-person voting; (f) introduce provisions that would allow for the “curing” of mail-in ballots that contained errors or omissions; and (g) require state election officials to send unsolicited mail-in ballots to every person listed as a registered voter, even though such lists have long been notoriously inaccurate.[8]
Though the Democrats did not get everything that they wanted, they got most of it.
In short, the issue identified through the failed moral duty challenge has been confirmed. Where, too, no-one sends out a dozen lawyers per state with two hundred foot soldiers by mere happenstance. Especially, where the contrast between sound recommendations:
[1] increase voter ID requirements; [2] minimize the use of mail-in ballots, which “remain the largest source of potential voter fraud”; [3] disallow ballot harvesting by third parties; [4] purge voter rolls of all ineligible or fraudulent names; [5] allow election observers to monitor ballot-counting processes without restraint or obstruction; [6] ensure that voting machines are accurate in their tabulations; and [7] encourage news organizations to “delay the release of any exit-poll data until the election has been decided.”
. . . and lawfare backed demands that issued in the Constitutional violations the same SCOTUS that in 1973 did not hesitate to set in motion holocaust of 63 million of living posterity in the womb, dodged on convenient technicalities that evaded the manifest issue that sound elections in every state are a direct and legitimate concern of each state:
(a) extend the statutory deadlines by which mail-in ballots could be submitted, postmarked, or received by election authorities; (b) permit people to vote earlier than ever before, in some cases as many as 50 days prior to Election Day; (c) eliminate signature, signature-verification, and witness requirements for mail-in ballots; (d) void state laws that disallowed ballot harvesting by third parties; (e) terminate photo-ID requirements for in-person voting; (f) introduce provisions that would allow for the “curing” of mail-in ballots that contained errors or omissions; and (g) require state election officials to send unsolicited mail-in ballots to every person listed as a registered voter, even though such lists have long been notoriously inaccurate.
When this is over, the confession that yes, um, ah, gulp, one is a lawyer, will be made with shame. As for, the surviving hobos who once were journalists, they will be too busy hiding from those seeking revenge to worry about the utter discredit of their by then defunct and buried with a stake through the heart "profession." AC, that is sad; though it is true on both sides . . . an ill-warranted accusation of a death penalty crime such as treason for example is automatically a death threat. Even more sadly, such threats are increasingly common on any number of issues. Such said, the haunting I had in mind has to do with the matter at focus, i.e. his giving assurance of preferred election outcome by boast was and is in evidentiary terms an admission against interest and an act of the guilty mind. Any pose on his part as an aggrieved innocent rings distinctly hollow. So, while death threats are wrong, he has a lot of 'splainin' to do, for which it is best that he is alive and well. Beyond, he may well be looking at RICO in the end, along with his colleagues in the Executive Suite, and not just for one company. An industry will have the same explaining to give. Where, by his admission he thus gives motive, his position already giving means and opportunity. With, the demonstration in the OP above, the inspections of machines and the earlier analysis of blackbox voting clearly showing that the software and hardware are not what they are painted to be by their promoters. Worse, the work of blackbox voting points to the roots in the Diebold era and to common DNA, so that the questions span the dominant group in the industry that sells election gadgetry. The action of TX to formally reject it and that of CA back in 2007 are not unwarranted, and when it suited them politically, Senators and Representatives with D beside their names were raising questions as recently as 2019, in a letter raised by Ms Warren. So, no, the evidence on its face warrants the capability and observed patterns point to intent and actions in support of industrial scale fraud that irretrievably taints the 2020 US election. The solution that minimises damage is to accept that and use constitutional backstops then reform the systems. However, those who have gained advantage by manifest fraud are busily abusing media power to try to hammer home a dirty form McFaul colour revolution by election manipulation and fraud. That puts them in the position of trying to ride a tiger. Getting on was one thing, trying to get off without at best a severe mauling is a totally different proposition. As for the gadgetry industry, it is clear that the gadgets need to go en bloc to the crushers after the RICO case is over. Thence, landfills. To replace such, the folks from the banking industry need to be brought in, to advise on sound tallying, scrutiny and accounting. Where, paper ballots on watermarked card with microparticle marked ink are already manifestly warranted. I already highlighted the value of a vote and its inherent integer character, its storage, summation and adjustment by supervised and scrutineered subtraction on recognition of warranted error should respect such character. Logs should be automatic and locked from interference. So, we are looking at secure ballots, scanned on scanners that are NOT also printers, with logged scan files. Tallying to be on open source software based on data shadows of the logged vote counts. Reports on percentages etc, to come from secondary variables shadowing the primary ones from the vote archives. Frankly, Open Office Calc would work, in a spreadsheet: list of precincts with reported votes, summed and archived in a chronofile as a tracker. Yes, precincts should be where votes are counted then sent, with due supervision. Curating of paper should be a parallel cross-check. Scrutineers at every stage. As for the mass mail in balloting, let me clip BA77 from 1569 just above, that was so ill-advisedly scrolled past by M8:
[Yes, It Was a Stolen Election You’d have to be blind not to see it. Wed Dec 23, 2020 John Perazzo, Front Page Mag etc] [here https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2020/12/yes-it-was-stolen-election-john-perazzo/ ] As Americans continue to watch the 2020 election controversy unfold, the very same publications that spent years lying about President Trump’s “Russia collusion” are once again telling us what we are dutifully supposed to believe. The Los Angeles Times, for instance, assures us that Trump’s “baseless” and “dangerous” claim “that the election was rigged to benefit Joe Biden” has been thoroughly “debunked.”[1] The New York Times proclaims that “Trump’s false election fraud claims” are founded upon nothing more than a “torrent of falsehoods.”[2] Sneering at “how Trump drove the lie that the election was stolen,” The Washington Post mocks Republicans who “are still pretending that there was election fraud.”[3] And CNN.com warns that “Trump’s obsession with overturning the election” has now begun to spiral “out of control.”[4] But so much for what the comic books have to say. What follows is a compilation of vital facts that will demonstrate, to anyone interested in following the truth wherever it may lead, that the 2020 presidential election was indeed rife with fraud, and that Joe Biden, if he should in fact be sworn into office next month, will be an illegitimate president from the very start. Before the Election: How We Got Here Fifteen years ago, a landmark report by the bipartisan Commission on Federal Election Reform, known informally as the Carter-Baker Commission, advised all U.S. states that in order to guarantee free and fair elections, they should: increase voter ID requirements; minimize the use of mail-in ballots, which “remain the largest source of potential voter fraud”; disallow ballot harvesting by third parties; purge voter rolls of all ineligible or fraudulent names; allow election observers to monitor ballot-counting processes without restraint or obstruction; ensure that voting machines are accurate in their tabulations; and encourage news organizations to “delay the release of any exit-poll data until the election has been decided.” All of these recommendations were widely ignored in the elections of November 2020.[5] During the months leading up to this year’s presidential race, the Biden campaign assembled a team of some 600 lawyers and more than 10,000 volunteers to “[go] into every single state” in order to “call out local rules that don’t adequately ensure access to vote.”[6] Beginning more than a year ago, Democrats filed nearly 300 lawsuits in dozens of states[7] – most notably all of the key battleground states – in an effort to change election laws and regulations in ways that would benefit Democrat candidates. For example, they sought to: (a) extend the statutory deadlines by which mail-in ballots could be submitted, postmarked, or received by election authorities; (b) permit people to vote earlier than ever before, in some cases as many as 50 days prior to Election Day; (c) eliminate signature, signature-verification, and witness requirements for mail-in ballots; (d) void state laws that disallowed ballot harvesting by third parties; (e) terminate photo-ID requirements for in-person voting; (f) introduce provisions that would allow for the “curing” of mail-in ballots that contained errors or omissions; and (g) require state election officials to send unsolicited mail-in ballots to every person listed as a registered voter, even though such lists have long been notoriously inaccurate.[8] Though the Democrats did not get everything that they wanted, they got most of it. Broadcaster and bestselling author Mark Levin, citing the cases of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona — and their combined 73 Electoral College votes – explains what happened:
“Every one of these states [and others as well] were targeted by Democrats. Every one of these states violated the United States Constitution, Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 [which empowers the state legislatures alone to make election law for each state]. Every one of them, because changes were made to their election systems not by the state legislature, but by other public officials.… That’s 73 Electoral College votes. This is why Donald Trump won the election…. [I]f the federal Constitution had not been violated, yes, Donald Trump would be … president of the United States today. Putting all fraud aside. All fraud aside. This is why you should be furious with the United States Supreme Court, that had as its duty, as its sworn responsibility … to insist that the states comply with the federal Constitution under Article II, Section 1, Clause 2, and that any changes made outside that clause, by governors, secretaries of states, by courts, federal or state, by election boards or other bureaucrats, will be deemed unconstitutional. [The Supreme Court] had a case [in Pennsylvania] … before a single vote was counted, they had a case [alleging unconstitutional changes to election laws] and they didn’t take it up…. [The Democrats] made these changes, they plotted, they planned, they litigated, they pressured, they lobbied, and now we have, if he’s sworn in, Joe Biden, who will be an illegitimate president of the United States in every meaning of that word, ‘illegitimate.’”[9]
[ . . . ] Late on Election Night – November 3, 2020 — President Trump led Biden by approximately 100,000 votes in Wisconsin, 300,000 votes in Michigan, 300,000 votes in Georgia, and 700,000 votes in Pennsylvania. Then, suddenly, all four of these states suspended their vote counts, almost simultaneously. By the early-morning hours of the following day, Wisconsin had flipped in Biden’s favor, followed by Michigan soon thereafter. A few days later, Georgia and Pennsylvania followed suit as well.[12]
It is manifest that there was a plan to manipulate and set up fraud, as was evident already from the failed moral duty challenge for all of these officials who were maneuvered through a lawfare campaign. A campaign carried out under agit prop cover of the media, with protected red guards making riots in the streets on an excuse that is too close to a manipulated form of what happened in Egypt to be coincidence. Let me again remind of that failed moral duty challenge, now fleshed in through BA77's long excerpt:
The Failed Moral Duty Challenge: First, all relevant officials and connected persons have a main duty to ensure integrity of elections, and know or should acknowledge the potential for fraud and what it can mean. [–> almost self-evident] Therefore, neglect on a systemic basis is only partly negligence, it becomes in material part a strong sign of wrongful intent. [–> refusal to do due diligence and known duty are signs of tort] In the case of the US and a relevant party, in Feb 1994, the NYT published a front page, just below fold article [see, 1273 previous thread] on a judge’s reversal of an election outcome and of majority in a legislature in PA, due to fraud connected to a known vulnerable type of ballot and to harvesting, intimidation etc. [–> public fact 1] Ten years later in 2004, The US congress received testimony on fraud in the Ukraine [see, U/D 17, previous thread] that further amplified such techniques. [ –> public fact 2] So, systemic ignorance cannot be responsibly pleaded and indeed is discredited. [–> public duty, the media have a duty of reporting such to the public and of giving a true and fair view of the circumstances] Accordingly there were just on these cases sixteen to twenty six years to purge the said party of such a taint [–> direct implication of the duty and necessarily known fact, with some Arithmetic], but instead this year excuse of a pandemic was taken [–> public fact 3] to multiply opportunity and means for similar fraud. [–> the injection of the destabilising element, here judged on its known likely consequence: [1] effectively uncontrolled mail-in ballots on an industrial scale, [2] 3rd party ballot harvesting, [3] deliberate frustration of effective scrutineering, breaking chains of transparency and control on validity, joined to [4] fraud-conducive election gadgetry as has been demonstrated on videos shown in the OP and recorded based on tests cand competent witness] This is a moral duty demonstration of wrongful intent [–> refusal to do duty, to one’s advantage] and shifts or should shift our common sense evaluation [–> in short, decisive on best explanation] of evidence [affidavits, anomalous patterns, disturbances to counts, frustration of proper scrutineering (ponder barriers erected to block even distant observation as has been circulated by images, not just reports of witnesses), surge in vulnerable ballots, single candidate ballots etc][–> list of evidence] to recognise these as consistent with [–> inferred best explanation] carrying out a morally demonstrated intent. [–> duty failure implies intent in such a case] This obtains whether or not sufficient weight can be amassed to lead courts to vacate suspect ballots [–> anticipates failure of the court system], or whether criminal charges can be brought against leading individuals. [–> given cases as the 30k emails on a server willfully set up outside the government] That common sense issue is also implicated in Federalist 68 [–> historical analysis, to which there has been little or no cogent response], etc so state legislatures may have a duty to act in face of a tainted election. [–> the US Constitutional assignment of responsibility] The implication, no you do not get a second round to try again, but responsible bodies take up from [and remedy] your failure can be taken as a built in deterrent effect. [–> inference, on the nature of the backstops] However moral fibre in our civilisation has long been progressively undermined for generations. [-> I here point to the impacts of the currents of thought over the past 300 or so years, including the rise of amoral, nihilistic philosophies and ideologies, leading to the ongoing holocaust of living posterity in the womb and the utterly corrosive implications of linked mass blood guilt]
As of now, I frankly suspect there have been no, zip, zilch, nada clean colour revolutions. I even have to look twice at the Philippines in 1986, to see what undue influences obtained. For sure I know what happened in Jamaica at that time was dirty (an echo of events surrounding 1980). Haiti at that time and ever since, has been highly dubious. As for Venezuela, it seems to be ground zero for gadgetry based election fraud. The unpleasant alternatives before the USA are clear:
[a] acknowledge the blatant reality of a tainted election through further extension of moral duty failure regarding election integrity and use Constitutional backstops to buy time for real reforms, or else: [b] face the implacable resolution of a Western people facing an existential threat, as they realise that their elites have cynically betrayed one of the core rights of a democratic polity, free, fair elections and are in the process of entrenching such [cf. HR1].
The global geostrategic consequences are already going to be bad; on b, they will mount up exponentially. KFkairosfocus

M8, I repeat, you have worn your welcome. Trollishness is in fact not welcome at UD, nor is vulgarity [on broken window theory, for cause], though substantial criticism is welcome. Either become cogent and substantial without vulgarity or nastiness or kindly leave. And no that is not cancel culture, would you sit in someone's living room or at his table with his family and carry on like you increasingly have? That should make the point clear enough, KFkairosfocus

F/N: Google search for the movie was frustrating (and rather suggestive of how search can be manipulated . . . you can't make this up, I guess the irony is lost on them . . . ) -- I had to use DDG instead -- here is Internet Archive: https://archive.org/details/ORWELL1984 I also found at YT and will add to OP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wl4kt4kUE88 (this is in colour).kairosfocus
